DESCRIPTION: The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLD2004 SERIES contains two (2) High Voltage Silicon Switching Diodes, manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy molded in a PICOminiTM surface mount package, designed for applications requiring high voltage capability.
